As a System Application Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and testing applications centered on Infineon’s Motor Control integrated circuits for Go2Market activities. You will work on hardware-software integration, competitor analysis, and prepare technical materials to ensure successful product launches.
In your new role you will :
- Develop reference designs based on Infineon products targeting thermal management and seat / door automotive modules , including PCB design and SW integration
- Define and execute application-relevant measurements
- Actively support internal feasibility studies at the system level
- Perform analysis of competitor products
- Contribute to the creation of Design-In Material for the market launch of Infineon products, including system demonstrators
- Create and maintain technical customer documentation (app notes, user manuals, etc.)
- Prepare technical trainings intended for internal and external sales partners and customers
Your Profile
You are a motivated engineer with solid expertise in automotive electronics and motor control. You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively. Your attention to detail and eagerness to learn drive your success in cross-functional teams.
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics or similarAt least 3 years of experience in a technical role as an electronic circuit design, validation or application engineerSolid work experience with gate driver applications for DC and BLDC motors and with microcontrollers for automotive applicationsSolid expertise in PCB design and layout – prior experience with Altium Designer is a plusGood knowledge in embedded C programming and good overall programming skills (C / C++, MATLAB, Visual Basic, Python)Excellent knowledge of electronic laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.)Experience with circuit simulation tools - SPICE, Simulink – is a plusExcellent command of the English languageAbility to work collaboratively in a team and to provide guidance based on your expertisePlease send us your CV in English.
