Technical Support Internship (BMS)
We have an opportunity for a Technical Support Intern (BMS) to join our team in Bucharest, Romania . As a Technical Support Intern, you are empowered to takeownership of tasks and be able to create an environment where you work to inspire customer loyalty andsignificantly enhance the overall BMS Technical Support customer experience. It is essential you proactively anticipate customer needs andexpectations whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers. To join the team all youneed is the right attitude to service excellence, good communication skills, beself-motivated with a great personality. The ability to work as part of a teamis essential, you will be supporting a team of Advanced Engineers in a level 2and 3 capacity. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities :
- 1st response to BMS Technical TTC and SI stakeholders over touchpoints; phone and e-mail and manage and log requests on BMS’s asset system Salesforce / NEX;
- License management for legacy BMS and Niagara based systems and support Honeywell brands with further touchpoints under the Multibrand support umbrella;
- Issuing customers with literature that can support and promote self-help;
- Supporting other parts of the business to resolve escalated issues arising from customer contact . complaint ownership and call escalation;
- Responsible for Inbound / Outbound Calls in relation to all types of queries and escalations from internal and external customers
