Euronet is looking for a technical professional to join our Operations team as a 2nd level support specialist within our ePay business segment ( ePay website ).
This role involves investigating payment transaction incidents in Romania, troubleshooting issues, and escalating cases to 3rd level support when necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Generate reports from databases
- Investigate issues (error analysis, database queries, and trace analysis)
- Handle technical errors related to PIN codes (PIN issuance, redemption, usage checks, and cancellations)
- Accurately document incident causes, resolve issues, or escalate them to the development team with clear descriptors
- Ensure timely follow-ups on incidents, requesting updates when needed
- Regularly report work status to the Support Manager, providing dashboards and incident categorization in line with Support guidelines
Requirements
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
Knowledge of SQL is advantageA bachelor's degree is required; a degree in a technical field is a plusFluent EnglishProficiency in the MS Office suitePrior experience in a Technical Helpdesk Support role is preferredExperience in Electronic Payments, Financial Services, Telecom, or a related industry is a plusMust have the legal right to work in the EUCOMPETENCIES :
