• At least 3 years of commercial development experience with a focus on TypeScript and / or JavaScript technology stacks
• Proven experience with Node.js, Golang, Kibana, OpenSearch Dashboard, Signoz, and Grafana
• Knowledge of DevOps tools : Helm, Docker, K8s, and Gitlab pipelines
• Experience with Azure
• Strong analytical thinking and technical judgment in assessing what to refactor, rebuild, and modernize effectively
• Understanding of existing digital products and architectures, even with limited documentation. Ability to analyze architecture, data flows, and user interactions
• Experience working with Scrum
• Fluency in English
• Upper-Intermediate level of German
