This position belongs to our Huawei Romania Representative Office, located in Bucharest, Globalworth Building, Aurel Vlaicu area.

Job Title :   Business Development Manager (Digital Power Business Group)

Job Location :  Bucharest, Romania

Main Responsibilities :

• Setting strategic sales direction matching both with customer and Huawei;
• Manage and monitor and sales / delivery operation / customer relation exploration in Romania;
• Successfully executes a brand and messaging strategy that positions Huawei as an industry leader in the alternative energy industry;
• Initiates and implements strategic alliances with Invertors / Developers / General Constructors;
• Identify and win key projects of key customer, ensure testing site / breakthrough / customer satisfaction;
• Be responsible for client relationship development and also full in charge of market share development;
• Take the lead on developing project team and ensure the passing-on of Huawei core value & improvement of work skill.
