Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify business leads within the assigned territory or sector
- Act as the primary client interface , managing key accounts and cultivating customer relationships
- Conduct client meetings and perform needs analysis to tailor technical solutions
- Provide pre-sales consulting , translating business requirements into project proposals
- Coordinate bid management , ensuring all commercial offers align with client expectations
- Negotiate contracts , pricing models , and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Present technical solutions , product portfolios , and value propositions to stakeholders
- Monitor market trends , competitive landscape , and industry developments
- Develop and execute business development strategies and go-to-market plans
- Maintain high standards of client documentation , reporting , and communication
- Manage and resolve client feedback , issues , and complaints with professionalism
- Meet or exceed sales targets , performance KPIs , and growth objectives
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies , industry standards , and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of B2B consultative sales experience in information technology , communications , and security systemsProven success in complex solution selling , strategic account management , and customized proposalsStrong understanding of IT infrastructure , cloud computing , cybersecurity , networking , IoT , and physical access controlAbility to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with RFIs / RFPs , public procurement , and bidding processes in IT&CExceptional skills in negotiation , presentation , stakeholder engagement , and consultative sellingAdept at identifying new markets , sales channels , and growth segmentsFluency in English (written and spoken); additional language proficiency is a plus
