This leadership role is pivotal in driving innovation, growth, and transformation within the Department Digital Enterprise SAP. You will communicate the company's vision across all levels, inspire and empower leaders to foster a high-performing environment, and cultivate an authentic team spirit to tackle challenges and achieve strategic goals.
On the business side, you will create and implement strategies to expand Romania's service portfolio, drive client acquisition, and strengthen trust with customers and stakeholders.

Business dimension :
Create a vision for the Digital Enterprise SAP Department, accelerate change and growth in the business landscape, as well as in the organizational structure;Ideate & implement strategies towards the development of the service line, enabling Romania to expand in the Group;Further consolidate the trust relationship between the Romanian department and customers, from a service supplier perspective;Develop the service portfolio, potentially adding new services and revenue streams;Expand our client portfolio landscape;Act as an ambassador of Romania in the Group, for all ERP Implementation and transformation services delivered from Romania;Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans;Coordinate with Talent and HR departments to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs;Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise;Monitor utilization, delivery volume and recommend solutions that will improve profitability;Design new processes that will improve quality or increase productivity and profitability;Work towards acquiring large-scale projects for Romania as a primary services supplier to the Group;Liaise with the Romania Board and report directly to the CEO.Qualifications :
Previous experience as a Business Operations Manager, Service Unit Lead, or Technology Lead role within SAP Consulting Business Landscapes;Good knowledge of operations management, change management;Experience with forecasting models;Hands-on technical expertise and thorough understanding of the software environment;Visionary mindset and ideation that sets the strategic course and moves the organization forward;Ability to oversee high-growth initiatives and expansions on multiple business verticals;Competent at fostering employee engagement;Skilled in business transformation;The ability to interpret financial delivery data and allocate budgets;Exceptional communication and presentation skills, skilled in collaboration and strategic partnering;BSc in Business Management or relevant industries.
