Project Support Specialist (with German)

A Snapshot of Your Day

You are the interface between our customers, the projects / offers and our administrators. You will support the projects in the selection and ordering of IT equipment, in the creation of the necessary documents and in the handover of the software. During the project period, they are available to answer questions from the projects and their customers with the help of our technical experts. At the end of the project, they support the project in creating the necessary documentation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Licensing Clarification : Collaborate with our legal and licensing team to resolve licensing issues, review licensing agreements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Technical documentation : Create comprehensive and accurate documents for the selection, ordering and handover of IT equipment and software solutions.

Orders of hardware and software : You will be responsible for the procurement of hardware / software, on-time provision and inventory and documentation.

General project clarifications : Act as an interface between different teams to clarify questions and help align timelines and resources.

Technical assistance : You will assist the project team and customers with technical questions and ensure answers with the support of our IT experts.

What You Bring

Completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification.

Experience in preparation of technical documentation, ideally in IT system administration (computer systems).

Good understanding of IT processes and concepts as well as the requirements of IT projects.

Professional experience in project management.

Experience in the field of license management, ideally for Windows and associated systems.

Confident handling of MS Office applications.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a team and strong problem-solving skills.

Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
