The Role

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager based in the Philippines to lead influencer campaigns locally and globally. This role is perfect for someone who knows the creator space, can spot rising talent, and loves building authentic partnerships that deliver results.

What You’ll Do

Plan, manage, and execute influencer campaigns for clients across multiple industries.

Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers and content creators in the Philippines and internationally.

Negotiate contracts, manage deliverables, and ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

Track campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights with internal teams and clients.

Stay ahead of trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or campaign management.

Deep understanding of the local influencer landscape and social media platforms.

Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with creators and brands.

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.

Comfortable collaborating with remote international teams.
