Are you experienced in implementing and coordinating projects in the dynamic world of market research and / or lead generation. Do you thrive in the fast-paced world of market research and have knowledge of its specific methodologies and products? Join us at Leadgency, where you will manage key international accounts and contribute to our success story.

As an account manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their campaigns deliver outstanding results. If terms like incidence rate, conversion rate, panel, eCPC, and click-through-rate are second nature to you, and you have a background in market research / client service, we want to hear from you!

We are Leadgency, a leading international performance-based lead generation agency. Our expertise lies in recruiting new market research panelists for top-tier research companies globally. Active in over 60 countries, we are expanding our Bucharest team and seeking a talented account manager to drive our growth.

Tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key Account Management : Serve as the primary contact for key clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Campaign Analysis : Proactively analyze client campaign results to suggest improvements and optimize performance.
  • Targets : Meet and exceed targets for your portfolio.
  • Client Support : Provide exceptional post-lead support to retain clients and ensure prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Relationship Building : Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and visits.
  • Coordination : Work closely with the Global Account Director to develop customized sales action plans.
  • Team Alignment : Collaborate with media buyers to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Promotion : Introduce new products and services to both new and existing clients.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience : Proven experience in account management / project management / client service. Previous work in market research and / or affiliate marketing.
  • Skills : Fast learner, self-motivated, and results-driven. Strong analytical and proactive approach.
  • Languages : Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in a commercial field.
  • Availability : Work three days a week from our Bucharest office and two days from home.
