Working Student - Logistics Area

Job Description

• Ensuring the supply of raw materials in accordance with production planning and the capacity of the production line under the guidance of the superior;
• Provides support in timely monitoring of the raw materials necessary for achieving the production plan; Monitors the overall customer demand (according to customer requirements) and proposes the factory-level plan for new and existing requirements;
• Monitoring supplier deliveries and checking materials that are not delivered on time or partially delivered;
• Sharing proactive information within the department and with other departments (production, logistics) in case of deviations;
• Escalating problems and deviations according to the defined escalation management procedure;
• Daily monitoring to cover critical parts and making action plan proposals in case of deviation (supplier delays, special transport);
• Periodic updating and maintenance of the new material of the relevant SAP parameters;
• Monitoring key performance indicators (inventory, on-time delivery, special shipments, etc.);
• Monitoring the implementation of actions resulting from demand changes;

Qualifications

• University studies ongoing;
• Microsoft Office package knowledge;
• Good English level (B2);
• Organized person.
