- Client Support & Yacht Viewings: Assist brokers during client viewings, yacht surveys, and inspections (domestically and internationally). Accompany clients on sea trials, prepare condition reports, and support crew members and owners in creating inventory lists.
- Listings Coordination: Maintain and update the company’s central listing database, ensuring yacht specifications and images are current across the website and international portals. Respond to broker and client inquiries, while also compiling market intelligence to support business development.
- CRM Administration: Become an expert in our HubSpot CRM system, supporting and training the team on CRM features and processes. Manage contact lists, update client data, create email and landing page templates, and ensure seamless integration with the company website and external partner sites.
