Finality
Realize the product process design of the projects or pre-projects, in compliance with the customer specifications and cost,quality,deadlines of the group, in an environment of complex and varied parts.
Main Missions
To manage and to realize, in accordance with guidelines, all the product engineering activities needed during project or pre-project as:
Realize:
- Product CAD datas (3D & 2D) for final product, child parts and POE
- DFMEA (in case of full design project)
- Technical Design Review
- Bill Of Material
- Checking Fixtures specification
- Product tuning to reach conformity to specification book
- Technical communication with the Novares project team
- Product Lesson Learned Card and project synthesis
Manage and follow:
- CAE activities
- Metrology activities
- Product validations activities
- Prototypes realization
- PDCA to solve product technical concern
Purpose
- In a complex and varied parts environment, realize the product/process design, in compliance with automotive customers specifications, and in accordance with the cost, quality, deadlines project or pre-project
Essential job functions

- Car design development experience with passion and creativity demonstrated
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative work environment
