Position: Customer Support Representative (Croatian) Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania Employment Type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonuses Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and inform them about product features. Manage customer orders and ensure client retention. Recognize, record, and solve complaints effectively. Proactively suggest process improvements. Adhere to processes and procedures. Update customer database and document activities. Report common issues to the support team for escalation. Requirements: C1 level written and verbal communication skills in Croatian. B2 level English proficiency. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. High motivation and enthusiastic approach. Self-organized and able to work in a fast-paced organization. Good numerical and reasoning skills. What We Offer: Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5:30 PM. Transportation coverage.
