Your Role as a Chat Customer Support Representative As our new Chat Customer Support Representative, youll be the friendly, professional voice that customers rely on for help and advice. Youll communicate through chat, email, and tickets to assist with product-related issues, oversee customer orders, and ensure that every interaction leaves customers feeling valued. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Connect with customers through live chat, email, and ticket systems to resolve inquiries quickly and efficiently. Manage and process customer orders, providing updates along the way. Address complaints with empathy, finding solutions that ensure customer satisfaction. Keep customer records current and accurate in our databases. Escalate complex cases to the right team, ensuring seamless support. Is This You? Language Proficiency: Fluent in Slovak (C1 level) and conversational English (B2). Knowledge of Croatian or Slovenian is a great bonus! Experience: A college degree or relevant customer service experience is preferred. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and ticketing software. Customer-Focused: You bring a positive, solutions-oriented approach to every interaction. Organized Problem Solver: You thrive under pressure, stay organized, and enjoy overcoming challenges.
