& Requirements Who we are looking for

• Degree in Economics/ Finance/ Mathematics/Accounting
• Previous experience in auditing/financial reporting/accounting department of financial services entitites (insurance, financial institutions) of 3+ years;
• Familiar with accounting and regulatory concepts (IFRS, Romanian GAAP, Solvency II is a plus)
• Fluent in English;
• Curios, eager to learn and develop;
• Seeing challenges as opportunities to grow;
• Willing to further study and get an ACCA or actuarial certification (optional)

Your future role

As a trusted consultant, you will:

• Take part in complex projects for insurance clients/financial institutions
• Research industries, specific companies, and market data
• Analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspective (for various reporting framework)
• Contribute to analyzing/reviewing/preparingfinancial reporting or business processesfor insurance entities in the context of external audit or consulting/advisory type of projects
• Contribute to reviewing/analyzing/preparingtechnical results (balance sheet or profit and loss, for actual or forecast)
• Contribute to analyzing complexaccounting and reporting aspectsfor insurance entities/insurance groups
• Create presentations, dashboards or interactive insights into data sets
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel
