Join us and see the difference. *Work LikeABosch* *Job Description* We’re working to reshape the way manufacturing runs by putting advanced AI solutions into practice - improving productivity, optimizing the way work gets done, and driving efficiency at scale. As an AI Solution Architect, you’ll have a central role in designing scalable systems that make a real difference, from predictive analytics and intelligent automation to optimizing production flows. This isn’t just about the tech stack. You’ll help shape *adoption strategy and long-term roadmaps*, design end-to-end architectures, and make sure AI becomes a trusted part of decision-making across the operations. *Your Mission* * *Architect Intelligent Systems* - design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that combine data, machine learning, and automation, from ingestion to deployment * Leverage Modern Data Platforms - build architectures that take full advantage of Azure Databricks and other cloud-native technologies to support intelligent decision-making at scale. * *Enable Smart Integrations* - connect intelligent systems with enterprise platforms (ERP, MES, IoT) to create seamless data flows and unlock new value streams in manufacturing. * *Scale Intelligence* - establish practices for MLOps, monitoring, and governance across hybrid environments, ensuring solutions are reliable and sustainable in production. * *Experiment & Innovate* - explore and apply LLMs, knowledge graphs, vector databases, and agentic AI approaches to build adaptive, multi-agent systems that solve real-world challenges. * *Bridge Tech & Business* - translate complex business problems into intelligent system architectures, guiding both technical teams and business stakeholders toward data-driven outcomes. * *Champion Responsible AI - *ensure solutions are built with fairness, transparency, and compliance, aligned with global standards. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in solution or AI / ML architecture, with a focus on building intelligent, production-ready systems. * Strong expertise in cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Databricks, Delta Lake) and distributed data processing engines (e.g., Spark), with the ability to design pipelines that feed intelligent applications. * Practical knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI / CD for ML, model lifecycle management, and containerized deployment in cloud environments (e.g., Kubernetes, MLflow). * Hands-on experience with LLM and RAG architectures, vector databases, and knowledge graphs - ideally applied to real-world use cases. * Curiosity and drive to explore agentic AI approaches (multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, autonomous workflows) and bring them into production. * Solid understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, MES, IoT) and how to integrate them into intelligent architectures. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate technical depth into business impact. * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers and data scientists toward architectural excellence. * Experience defining reference architectures, standards, and governance for AI adoption at enterprise level. * A mindset of curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning, with passion for solving complex problems through intelligent technologies. *Why Join Us?* * Impact at Scale - Your architectures will directly shape how AI is adopted in a complex, global manufacturing environment. * Advanced Tech Playground - Work hands-on with high-performance computing, Azure Databricks, and huge datasets - building AI solutions designed for real-world scale. * Global Collaboration - Join an international network of AI and digitalization experts, sharing knowledge across industries and regions. * Career Growth - Accelerate your development through high-impact projects, global exposure, and continuous learning opportunities. * Innovation-Driven Culture - Work in an environment that prizes agility, experimentation, and freedom over rigid processes. * Future-Proof Projects - Contribute to building sustainable, data-driven factories of the future. * Shape the Future of Manufacturing - play a direct role in redefining how factories operate, using AI to power the next generation of smart, sustainable production. *Additional Information* *About Bosch Cluj Plant* For over a decade, the Bosch Cluj Plant has become a strategic hub for innovation and production, making a significant impact on the technological landscape in Romania.
