You’re a Sales Setter who thrives in the middle of the funnel—turning interest into qualified, held meetings. You’re consultative, quick on discovery, great at objection handling, and you keep the CRM immaculate. You love teaming up with Lead Engagement Specialists (top-of-funnel) and Closers to keep the pipeline moving.
Role Overview
Own qualification, value alignment, and meeting creation across multiple verticals (AI services, platforms, digital courses). Convert warm demand into SQLs and hand off to Closers with crystal-clear context.
Responsibilities
- Qualify SALs, run BANT / MEDDICC-lite discovery, and confirm fit / urgency.
- Book qualified demos / strategy calls with pre-reads and defined success criteria.
- Drive show rates with reminders / reschedules; recover no-shows quickly.
- Progress opportunities with multi-channel cadences; manage nurtures & recycles.
- Maintain CRM stage accuracy, notes, stakeholders, and next steps.
- Share insights on objections, messaging, and competitors for rapid GTM iteration.
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or sales development (B2B SaaS, AI, or tech-enabled services preferred)Strong ability to run structured discovery using BANT, MEDDICC-lite, or similar frameworksExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative selling approachSkilled in objection handling and guiding prospects through qualificationProficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or PipedriveAbility to maintain accurate records, notes, and pipeline stage managementExperience with multi-channel outreach including phone, email, and LinkedInStrong collaboration skills working with SDRs / Lead Engagement Specialists and ClosersComfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsAnalytical mindset with the ability to provide insights on objections, competitor positioning, and GTM strategySelf-motivated, resilient, and results-driven in meeting booking and pipeline goalsBenefits
Base Salary : USD $700 – $1,200 per monthPerformance Incentives : USD $300 – $1,000 per month (meeting-held, SQL acceptance, show-rate gates, CRM hygiene)On-Target Earnings (OTE) : USD $1,000 – $2,200 per monthThank you for applying for this role.
