We are looking for a skilled AudioVisual Specialist to join our team and help deliver highquality AV support across live productions, broadcasts, and studio operations. What youll do Install, configure, and maintain AV systems including video, audio, broadcast, streaming, and related technical equipment ensuring stable operation during live sessions and productions. Manage AV workflows: operate and monitor sound and video systems, handle setup and breakdown for live events or broadcasts, and support smooth coordination between technical, production, and studio teams. Troubleshoot and resolve audiovisual and technical issues quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain production quality. Maintain records of equipment status, perform routine maintenance or calibration, and ensure all hardware and software meet operational standards. Work side by side with colleagues from diverse departments to support broadcast, streaming, or media production workflows with flexibility and professionalism. What were looking for Solid background in audiovisual engineering, broadcast production, media production or a similar technical field. Hands on experience with AV systems, broadcast or streaming equipment, sound/video engineering, or live production environments. Strong problem solving skills, technical insight, and the ability to work calmly under pressure (for live or time sensitive productions). Good communication and teamwork skills you'll coordinate closely with multiple teams and stakeholders. Flexibility to work variable hours or shift based schedules if needed for live productions.
