What you'll do Install, set up, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment video, sound, broadcast, streaming and studio systems ensuring reliable performance for live productions. Operate and monitor AV workflows: manage live sessions, assist with setup and teardown, oversee signal quality, and support smooth coordination between technical, production and studio teams. Troubleshoot and resolve audio/video issues quickly and efficiently to minimize disruptions and maintain broadcast standard quality. Maintain and manage AV hardware inventory: perform regular maintenance or calibration, document equipment status, and ensure all systems meet safety and operational requirements. Collaborate with colleagues across departments production, broadcast, technical to deliver high quality AV output for studio projects. What were looking for Technical background in audiovisual systems, broadcast, media production or a related field. Hands on experience with AV equipment, live production setups or studio environments comfortable with sound/video engineering and live workflow demands. Strong problem solving skills, technical awareness, and ability to perform under pressure during live or time sensitive productions. Good communication and teamwork skills capable of coordinating with various teams and adapting to changing production needs.
