Job role

The Personal Assistants and Team Assistants colleagues in our department provide remote administrative support to Executives in the Allianz group, facilitating the collaboration with and between clients and constantly striving for easing their workload, through a series of administrative tasks, as described below.

What you will do

• Calendar and inbox management
• Scheduling and organizing meetings
• Send reminders and standard communications
• Follow-up on to-do’s & action items
• Prepare presentation documents & Report consolidation
• Coordinate events or international workshops, online/hybrid/onsite, including logistics, and agenda setting
• Processing reimbursements / invoice checks
• Travel management
• General administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests

What you bring

• A minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role (mandatory)
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Strong English, written and spoken (German language is a plus)
• Knowledge of MS Office package, especially Outlook and PPT/Excel
• We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
