• University graduate — Law or Economics preferred.
• Certified Tax Advisor with 5-7+ years’ experience.
• Proven leadership skills - able to drive projects and grow teams.
• Strong communicator in English and Romanian

• Advise clients on the full CIT lifecycle: planning, transactions, compliance, and controversy — with practical, business-focused solutions.
• Lead engagements end-to-end: managing quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Proactively deliver value-adding tax ideas and grow key client relationships.
• Identify and convert opportunities for additional tax services.
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team.
• Be at the forefront of innovation — contributing to the creation of cutting-edge tax solutions, leveraging AI and advanced technology in service delivery, and exploring new tech-driven approaches to tax.
