Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Romanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives looking to work in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position comes with fully paid relocation, making it an ideal chance for those wanting to experience a new country while advancing their career in customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Romanian-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and drive service improvements.
  • Document customer feedback and interactions accurately for further analysis and training purposes.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Romanian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a call center or support environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and basic computer applications.
  • Open-mindedness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new culture.
  • Desire to learn and stay current with product knowledge and industry best practices.
