As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team.

What does it mean to be a Senior Accountant with us?

• You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
• You will oversee end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Romanian accounting standards (knowledge of IFRS is a plus).
• You will also communicate proactively with clients, auditors, and tax authorities to provide guidance and resolve issues.
• Your responsibilities will include supporting, mentoring, and coordinating junior accountants to build a strong, collaborative team.
• Your contribution will drive improvements in internal processes and the adoption of best practices across the accounting function.

This role is perfect for you if you…

• Have 5+ years of professional experience in accounting
• Possess strong knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax regulations
• Have knowledge of IFRS (considered a plus)
• Are experienced with ERP systems and have advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrate strong client service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Can manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Maintain a high level of integrity, accountability, and analytical thinking
• Have a good command of English, both written and spoken
