📍 We are looking for an organized, responsible and results-oriented Production Department Coordinator to join our team and actively contribute to the efficiency and development of production processes.

If you have experience in a production environment, you like coordinating activities and people, and challenges motivate you, then we would like to meet you!

Main Responsibilities:

* Planning, organizing and coordinating daily production activities

* Monitoring the workflow to comply with deadlines and quality standards

* Coordinating the production team and ensuring effective communication between departments

* Tracking performance indicators and reporting regularly to the direct Manager and HQ

* Identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing operational process improvements

* Efficient resource management and rapid resolution of situations arising in the production process

* Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role in a production environment

* Higher technical education

* Very good organizational, coordination and prioritization skills

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions

* Team spirit and excellent communication skills

* Knowledge of operating production-specific equipment and software

* Knowledge of English – conversational level

* Proactive attitude and orientation towards continuous improvement
