We are looking for an experienced Senior Commodity Manager to support the acquisition of indirect goods and services in line with departmental and organizational guidelines. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the global category team and regional teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, contributing to efficient and compliant sourcing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global category strategies across inidrect categories
- Partner with senior business leaders to shape demand and sourcing decisions.
- Lead complex sourcing initiatives (RFx, negotiations, e-sourcing).
- Drive cost optimization, cost avoidance, and standardization opportunities.
- Govern supplier selection, contracts, and performance in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Use market intelligence and analytics to support fact-based decisions.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 7+ years of experience in indirect sourcing or category management.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (L1/L2 leaders)
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluent English (C1).
