What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and WhatsApp interactions
- Offer support for home appliance products and warranty extensions
- Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting using support materials
- Create tickets when needed based on the troubleshooting performed
- Share commercial information about products and extended warranties
- Identify opportunities for upselling complementary products and services
