We are looking for an Automation Service Technician who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility, and enthusiasm for our Maintenance Department in Satu Mare.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics of PLC hardware faults, camera system faults, and robot hardware faults;
• Eliminate error messages displayed by the machine;
• Manually move the robot and return it to its initial position; understand robot movements and operation;
• Execute programs in manual mode;
• Assist in the installation of automated equipment, robots, PLCs, and other control systems;
• Perform highly complex maintenance and repair tasks on sophisticated technical equipment (e.g., installations, machinery, tools, etc.);
• Install repaired/manufactured equipment and adjust machine controls, modify processing programs, perform operational and functional tests, and create the corresponding documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum vocational school education, preferably in a technical field (electronics or mechanics preferred);
• 1–3 years of relevant experience;
• English language proficiency at an intermediate level;
• Knowledge of robotics and PLC systems; PLC programming and debugging skills;
• Availability for business travel and shift work (3-shift schedule);
• Process- and goal-oriented mindset, analytical skills, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork abilities.
