About the Global Trainee Program

This role is part of the Global Trainee Program (GTP) a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience and receive structured training over a 2-year period.

Your Profile

• Recent graduate in Engineering (Mechanical Mechatronics Automation Industrial or similar)
• Curious proactive and hands-on
• Enthusiastic about technology automation and industrial engineering
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Your Day-to-Day

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve performance and efficiency
• Design and refine manufacturing practices in line with quality standards
• Use data analysis and cost evaluations to drive continuous improvement
• Provide technical support for new projects related to equipment and production lines
• Ensure machinery and instruments meet performance and efficiency criteria
• Follow HSE (Health Safety & Environment) procedures conduct inspections and report incidents or observations
