Software Developer (Full-Stack & DevOps)

The Opportunity

Most healthcare software focuses solely on medical records, leaving hospital operations in chaotic, manual loops. We are a fast-growing, founder-led HealthTech product company changing that reality by automating logistics, asset tracking, compliance, and staff safety.

Our B2B SaaS platform is already deployed across dozens of major hospitals internationally, backed by premier digital health investors, and validated by multimillion-dollar public health contracts.

We are looking for a highly capable Software Developer to join our team in an offshore capacity. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who thrives on ownership and can take features from concept through to production with minimal supervision — working across the full stack and the underlying cloud infrastructure to build scalable, reliable systems.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across backend and frontend, owning each deliverable from requirements through deployment and monitoring.

• Develop backend services in Node.js and modern, responsive UIs in React.

• Design and optimize databases — schema design, query performance, and data integrity.

• Build event-driven and asynchronous workflows using message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka).

• Own DevOps on Microsoft Azure — CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, containerization, deployment, and observability.

• Collaborate with distributed team members across time zones, communicating clearly and proactively.

What We're Looking For

• Strong, demonstrable experience as a full-stack developer with Node.js and React.

• Significant understanding of DevOps on Microsoft Azure — Azure DevOps, pipelines, container services, and cloud infrastructure.

• Solid database expertise (relational and/or NoSQL), with a good grasp of data modeling and performance tuning.

• Hands-on experience designing and working with message queues and event-driven architectures.

• Self-sufficient and autonomous — able to scope, plan, and execute work independently and reliably.

• End-to-end deliverability — a track record of owning features from start to finish, including testing, deployment, and post-release support.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, suited to remote collaboration.
