Join our Digital Transformation team as an Organizational Change Management Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving critical business process transformations. Imagine leading the people-side of change for major enterprise systems like S/4, PLM, and SFDC. You will develop structured change plans, engage stakeholders, and support the implementation and adoption of new systems, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum impact. Your expertise will help build buy-in across the organization, guiding teams through this transformative journey and contributing to our vision of innovation and efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans for key transformation projects (S/4, PLM, SFDC) that align with project goals.
• Conduct detailed change impact analyses and organizational readiness assessments to identify potential challenges and risks.
• Apply structured change management methodologies to create actionable deliverables, including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, and training plans - targeting measurable business readiness and adoption.
• Define and measure success metrics to monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency with new business processes and systems.
• You will oversee the execution of change management activities, ensuring they are integrated into the overall project plan and timeline while championing stakeholder and change network enablement.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Change Management Professional, typically 5+ years, working on large-scale cross-functional business transformation projects (, ERP, PLM, CRM implementations).
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
• Advanced skills in stakeholder management, communication planning, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex projects with limited supervision, in line with a Senior Professional (P3) level.
