Your Profile
University degree (Engineering Economics Human Resources Psychology Sociology or related field).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
English language proficiency.
Good communication abilities.
Experience in training learning & development HR operations support or data analysis is considered an advantage.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Identify training and development needs based on business requirements and individual development plans.
Support the development and implementation of the annual training plan.
Design coordinate and monitor training programs tailored to operational and organizational needs.
Coordinate employee certification and authorization processes ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
Advise managers on learning solutions development initiatives and training methodologies.
Monitor training KPIs and evaluate learning effectiveness.
Manage training providers and monitor employee training progress.
Maintain and update training records and learning documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and legal requirements related to training and competency management
