You won't spend your days moving buttons around or updating design systems.

You'll collaborate directly with executive leadership, Product, AI Engineers, FlutterFlow Designers, Developers, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.

USD $1,500–$2,200 per month, depending on experience, UX leadership capability, portfolio quality, AI proficiency, and overall alignment with the role.

As our Principal Product Designer, you'll lead UX and UI strategy across multiple digital products while partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, AI, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
You'll own the complete product design lifecycle—from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, user testing, high-fidelity design, developer handoff, and post-launch optimization.
