This isn't a traditional Operations Manager role.
You won't spend your day approving leave requests or updating spreadsheets.
You'll become one of the operational architects behind one of the world's most AI-first organizations.
You'll work directly with executive leadership to design systems that improve every part of the business.

Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: Full-Time
USD $1000–$1,500 per month, depending on your operational leadership experience, systems thinking, AI capability, and overall alignment with the role.

As our Operations Lead, you'll oversee operational strategy, systems improvement, documentation, delivery frameworks, AI implementation, workflow optimization, reporting, governance, and cross-functional execution.
You'll partner closely with executive leadership while supporting every department across the organization.
This is an AI-first operational leadership role.
You'll actively leverage AI to improve operational efficiency, documentation, reporting, planning, communication, and business performance.
