Junior Client Coordination

We are seeking for a Junior Client Coordination to join our global team responsible with the coordination of activities for Forvis Mazars international clients. The core element of the role will be the effective & efficient support for managing client relationship. This includes monitoring of services delivery towards customers, reporting, preparation of documentation and presentations in support of coordination processes, handling contracting & invoicing processes , administrative tasks (updating databases, project plans, SharePoint etc).

What we need from you for this job:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration;
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Tax or Finance, preferably within a multinational company or Shared Service Center environment;
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting;
• Interest in developing knowledge of international tax and accounting;
• Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other ERP systems represent an advantage;
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively with international teams and stakeholders;
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), additional languages such as Spanish represent an advantage;
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment;

What will you do:

• Support the onboarding of multinational clients by understanding business requirements and assisting with process implementation;
• Coordinate with international accounting teams to collect, review and maintain accounting information, including journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and bank transactions;
• Support the coordination of statutory reporting, annual financial statements and tax compliance documentation across international jurisdictions;
• Assist with international tax accounting, indirect tax and transfer pricing compliance activities.
• Monitor accounting and reporting activities using internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery;
• Support invoice management, reporting activities and client-related documentation;
• Participate in client meetings, document action points and follow up on agreed deliverables;
• Identify operational issues, escalate risks when appropriate and contribute to problem resolution;
• Contribute to process standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality services while ensuring compliance with internal policies and client requirements;
