A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Installation Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising daily electrical installation activities on site, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards. You coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues to keep projects on track. Additionally, you support safety compliance, maintain project documentation, report on site activities, and contribute to the successful and efficient delivery of electrical construction projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Monioring the technical, contract-compliant, and economical execution of electrical installations while ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and HSE guidelines.
- Briefing subcontractors and coordinating / supervising their activities during execution.
- Coordinating schedules with internal and external partners and ensuring alignment to deadlines.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting additional efforts and claim-relevant issues; supporting cost estimation and reviewing invoices within the scope of work you're leading.
- Conducting inspections and acceptance processes with customers and authorities, including change management and reporting deviations.
What You Bring
- Educational Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3-5 years in erecting electrical equipment on large industrial sites; overseas experience preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a bonus.
- Flexibility: Willing to work abroad for 6 months to years.
- Documentation: Valid passport and international driving license required.
- Leadership & Skills: Proven leadership abilities; experience with BIM or Lean Management is highly valued.
