Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Romanian speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and live chat, resolving queries related to fitness tracking, wellness goals, and device functionality.
• Assist customers in setting up, syncing, and troubleshooting their Fitbit devices and the associated Fitbit app across iOS and Android platforms.
• Provide clear, empathetic guidance on Fitbit's health and wellness features, including heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, step counting, and activity goal management.

• Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for this position).

• Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a client-facing role is advantageous, though not strictly required — full training will be provided.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent listening skills, and a patient, customer-first mindset.
