What Youll Be Doing
As our HS&S Coordinator you will:
- Support the implementation of Health Safety & Security initiatives across the site.
- Assist with workplace inspections audits and improvement actions.
- Participate in incident investigations and help identify preventive solutions.
- Support risk assessments and continuous improvement projects.
- Help track and report safety performance metrics.
- Contribute to the implementation of Triviums HS&S standards and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Promote a positive safety culture by engaging and supporting employees across the plant.
- Partner with managers and operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
What Were Looking For
Were more interested in your potential motivation and willingness to learn than in having every qualification already in place.
Wed love to hear from you if you have:
- A Bachelors degree in Environmental Management Occupational Health & Safety Sustainability Business Economics Organizational Health Engineering or a related field.
- Around 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Health & Safety manufacturing operations sustainability or a similar environment.
- Strong interest in workplace safety employee wellbeing and continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with different stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
