In addition to our locations in Germany, we are also represented by an office in Timișoara, Romania, located in the United Business Center. Our Romanian team currently consists of around 30 employees and continues to grow. We are always looking forward to welcoming motivated and like‑minded new colleagues to join our team.

Your tasks:

  • Take responsibility for the satisfaction and successful support of your assigned customers.
  • Proactively communicate service- and business-related topics, new services, products, as well as ticket and project updates.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular interaction with key contacts and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and initiate and follow up on internal measures to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate escalations while working closely with Service Delivery teams to ensure sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and specialist departments to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Analyze customer requirements and derive measures to strengthen customer retention and further develop the service portfolio.
  • Foster a collaborative partnership between customers and internal teams.

Your profile:

  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (mandatory).
  • Strong customer focus and experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Experience in escalation management and resolving complex customer concerns in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for working with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Independent, structured, and proactive working style.
  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of the SAP environment is an advantage.
