Zalandos ERP team is looking for a Bucharest based Coupa Consultant to support the execution of our P2P strategy by developing and scaling core business processes.

You will join a diverse and international team of 15 ERP consultants managing P2P B2B SD and POS processes in on-prem systems and associated integrations. Our work environment is fast-paced and we utilize the latest technologies. Teamwork and knowledge sharing come first in our team. We encourage innovative thinking and process improvement automation even beyond standard practices while we keep our eyes on Clean Core principles..

As a Coupa Consultant with emphasis on invoice processing you will offer support to the many stakeholders our broader team serves with a healthy mix of maintenance and project support. With your experience as a consultant you will also help shape and grow the team and support processes moving forward sharing and applying your experience.

• Own the Coupa platform strategy for indirect procurement aligning it with global finance and compliance requirements.

• Architect complex financial integrations between Coupa and S/4HANA specifically mapping WBS and PSP elements to ensure flawless downstream accounting.

• Design the technical framework for cXML/API supplier integrations automated onboarding and enterprise-wide catalog management.

• Lead change management initiatives and strategic supplier enablement campaigns.

• Assess new Coupa release features and determine their architectural impact on the business landscape.

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• 5 - 8 years in Source-to-Pay (S2P) technologies with at least 4 years of dedicated Coupa architecture and integration experience.

• You have strong English language skills to thrive in an international environment.

• Education: Bachelors degree in IT Finance or equivalent experience.

• Coupa Platform Certification is strongly preferred.
