Are you a Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Join our Industrial Engineering team and contribute to projects that improve production efficiency, optimize processes, and support operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support Industrial Engineering activities within the production area;
• Participate in process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Assist in collecting and evaluating production data and performance indicators;
• Support the development and maintenance of work instructions, process documentation, and layouts;
• Contribute to the implementation of new processes, equipment, and improvement projects;
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.

Calificări

Your Profile:

• Student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics;
• Interest in manufacturing processes and Industrial Engineering;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• English language skills at an intermediate level or higher;
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn;
• Availability to work full-time (8 hours/ day) during weekdays, with a schedule aligned to production and business needs.
