Job Description

We are excited to offer you this new opportunity at Wipro Technologies one of the biggest brands in industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.
As part of this project and a new team your role as a Buyer will be to build and form a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:
Ensure on-time processing of Procurement transactions (RFQ Requisition validation PO creation PO Amendments & PO expedites)
Provides support on special cases and monitors root-causes for such cases
Oversee the SLA & overall deliverables management
Improvement upon and ensuring timely PO quality
Assisting in generating savings
Deliver different reports (regular and ad-hoc)
Provides coaching and training (pre-process and general/process specific) for client and team members/newcomers
Optimization of stock
Driving/supporting standardization/harmonization
Understand end-user queries related to procurement operations
Usage of relevant client systems:
o SAP systems to collect PR and proceed/register RFQ/PO
o Service Now to clarify technical requests with LBUs
o Macro Excel for reporting and Supplier follow-up

Required Skills and Experience:

Foreign languages skills:
o Advanced Spanish language skills (written reading and spoken)
o Advanced English language skills (written reading and spoken)
Good analytical & synthesis skills
Rigorous and accurate working style
Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Knowledge of Procurement processes (Requisitioning PO Invoicing)
Experience interacting with customer (customer service experience)
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills are preferred
