Job Summary

The Patient Care Assistant supports registered nurses by providing basic patient care and assisting with

activities of daily living while maintaining patient comfort dignity and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with bathing grooming dressing and feeding.
easure and record vital signs.
Assist with patient mobility and transfers.
Maintain patient hygiene and comfort.
Prepare patient rooms and clinical equipment.
Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
Maintain cleanliness of patient care areas.
Support infection prevention practices.

Assist during patient admissions transfers and discharges.

Minimum Qualifications
Nursing Diploma Healthcare Assistant Certificate or Caregiver qualification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of patient care experience.

Cardiac hospital or critical care experience preferred.

Required Skills:
