  • Location: District 4 Bucharest Romania (City Offices building at Şoseaua Olteniței 2 positioned directly by the Eroii Revoluției Metro Station)
  • Work Arrangement: 3-day office / 2-day remote split (Office: MondayWednesday; Remote: ThursdayFriday)
  • Shift Schedule: Standard weekday hours (MondayFriday 09:0018:00)
  • Employment Status: Permanent full-time position

Position Overview We are expanding our global operations and looking for a customer-focused native or near-native German speaker to join our team in this role you will serve as the main liaison for our German-speaking user base delivering exceptional service resolving client concerns and upholding high customer satisfaction standards. You will divide your time between working alongside colleagues in our District 4 office and working remotely two days a week.

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Manage inbound inquiries via telephone email and live messaging platforms using professional articulate German.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify analyze and resolve customer concerns on initial contact to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Log all interactions customer requests and system updates accurately in the CRM system.
  • Internal Coordination: Partner with secondary teams and technical support to handle escalated issues and ensure prompt resolutions.
  • Product Enhancement: Spot appropriate moments to present relevant product enhancements or add-ons that add real value for the user.
  • Ongoing Development: Maintain current knowledge of operational workflows software changes and organizational policies.

Candidate Profile

  • Language Abilities: C1/C2-level fluency in both verbal and written German alongside solid working English (B2 level or higher) for team alignment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong active listening clear verbal presentation and polished written communication.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficient with everyday computer applications (such as Microsoft Office) and capable of quickly mastering proprietary software.
  • Mindset: Patient empathetic and solution-driven when handling difficult scenarios.
  • Logistics: Willingness to commute to the Eroii Revoluției area three days per week and work full business hours.

Training & Onboarding

  • Duration: 1 week of initial training
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:0017:00
  • Curriculum: In-depth coverage of internal tools product lines support procedures and simulated user interactions led by dedicated trainers.

Salary & Compensation Breakdown

  • Base Net Pay: 5569 RON net per month
  • Remote Work Stipend: 400 RON net per month (to assist with home office and transit costs)
  • Combined Fixed Net Take-Home: 5969 RON net per month

Variable Pay & Perks:

  • Meal Allowance: 25 RON per day worked provided monthly via a Pluxee card.
  • Quality Bonuses: Periodic financial rewards tied to CSAT scores and key performance metrics.
  • Sales Commissions: Additional financial rewards for successful upselling or cross-selling.
  • Overtime Rates: A 25% pay bump for any occasional weekend shifts or extra hours.
