Salesforce Analytics Developer We are looking for a Salesforce Analytics Developer / CRM Analytics Consultant to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our Salesforce Analytics Data Layer. The role will focus on extending and enhancing the existing data architecture, including the development of new Marketing Cloud dashboards and analytics solutions. Working closely with a Senior Salesforce Analytics Architect , this position is well suited to a junior or early-career professional looking to grow their expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics and data engineering. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics data solutions, including dataflows, recipes, datasets, and dashboards. Extend the existing Analytics Data Layer to support new business and marketing requirements. Build and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions using data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms. Monitor data loads and proactively investigate and resolve data quality or processing issues. Troubleshoot and optimize dataflows, recipes, and scheduled data processing jobs. Analyze long-running or inefficient processes and implement improvements to enhance performance and reliability. Design, implement, test, and deploy analytics solutions across environments and into production. Collaborate with senior architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions. Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the CRM Analytics ecosystem. Required Skills & Experience Initial professional experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics / Analytics Cloud . Hands-on knowledge of dataflows, recipes, datasets, and data connections . Understanding of data analysis, data modelling, and analytics solution design. Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge. Experience troubleshooting data-related issues and analyzing data processing problems. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical analytics solutions. Familiarity with deployment processes within the Salesforce ecosystem. Practical experience with SQL beyond basic querying. Exposure to Salesforce deployment processes and release management. Experience working in an Agile delivery environment . Previous exposure to Salesforce Analytics architecture or data engineering projects. The most important aspect is a strong interest in analytics, data and the Salesforce ecosystem, combined with a willingness to learn and develop technically.
