  • Location: Bucharest, Romania (District 4, City Offices complex at Şoseaua Olteniței 2, adjacent to Eroii Revoluției Metro Station).
  • Hybrid Model: 3 office days (Monday–Wednesday) and 2 work-from-home days (Thursday–Friday).
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time.

We are looking for a customer-focused team member with fluent or near-fluent German skills to join our expanding team in Bucharest. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, resolving inquiries with professionalism and maintaining high service standards.


Core Accountabilities

  • Multichannel Support: Resolve incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in professional German.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose problems quickly to deliver effective first-contact solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Log user interactions, account updates, and summaries accurately in the CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with technical teams and secondary support tiers to resolve escalated issues.
  • Service Enhancements: Identify opportunities to recommend relevant product add-ons that add value for the client.
  • Knowledge Upgrades: Stay up to date on company guidelines, product updates, and software tools.

Target Candidate Profile

  • Languages: Fluent command of German (C1/C2 level) alongside solid English skills (B2 level or higher) for internal communication.
  • Communication: Exceptional active listening, verbal clarity, and written communication skills.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning proprietary software quickly.
  • Mindset: Patient, empathetic, and analytical when managing complex customer situations.
  • Location: Able to commute to the Eroii Revoluției office 3 days per week.

Onboarding & Training

  • Duration: 1 week of comprehensive initial training.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 17:00.
  • Content: Led by corporate trainers, covering support tools, product knowledge, company workflows, and practical user simulations.

Compensation & Financial Perks

  • Net Base Salary: 5,569 RON net per month.
  • Remote & Commute Allowance: 400 RON net monthly stipend to cover home office utilities and transit expenses.
  • Total Net Guaranteed: 5,969 RON net monthly.
  • Meal Allowance: 25 RON per worked day, delivered via a Pluxee card.
  • Performance Bonuses: Regular payouts tied to CSAT scores and key targets.
  • Sales Incentives: Additional commission for successful cross-sells and product upgrades.
  • Overtime Pay: 25% premium for approved extra hours or weekend shifts.
