In this full-time role, you will serve as the premier point of contact for German-speaking accounts, addressing incoming requests with courtesy, technical accuracy, and an unwavering commitment to high service standards. Core Accountabilities Multichannel Support: Provide high-quality customer care across voice, chat, and email platforms using fluent German. Issue Resolution: Rapidly identify customer issues to provide accurate first-contact answers and technical solutions. Record Keeping: Log thorough reports of client touchpoints, profile adjustments, and case outcomes within our central CRM framework. Team Collaboration: Partner with technical specialists and level-2 support teams to handle and navigate complex cases efficiently. Service Enhancements: Spot opportunities to recommend additional product upgrades and options that improve the customer journey. Knowledge Upgrades: Maintain current knowledge of new software tools, company policies, and product releases. Target Candidate Profile Languages: Command of spoken and written German at C1/C2 level, plus B2-level English for internal alignment. Communication: Outstanding active listening abilities paired with clear verbal and written communication. Technical Aptitude: Digital proficiency with MS Office applications and the agility to pick up new internal platforms rapidly. Mindset: Composed, service-focused mindset complemented by strong analytical problem-solving skills. Location: Available to work on-site at our Eroii Revoluției office location 3 days weekly. Onboarding & Training Duration: 1 week of intensive, structured foundation training. Schedule: Scheduled Monday to Friday, 10:00 through 17:00. Content: Mentored by dedicated trainers, covering internal support applications, product specs, operational policies, and hands-on client simulations. Compensation & Financial Perks Net Base Salary: 5,569 RON net per month. Remote & Commute Allowance: 400 RON net monthly stipend to support remote overheads and local transportation expenses. Total Net Guaranteed: 5,969 RON net guaranteed monthly total. Meal Allowance: 25 RON provided for each day worked via a Pluxee card. Performance Bonuses: Periodic performance bonuses linked directly to CSAT targets and operational results. Sales Incentives: Supplemental commission rewards for successfully suggesting account upgrades and add-ons. Overtime Pay: 25% pay premium for any authorized extra work hours or weekend shift duties.
