POSITION SUMMARY:

The Specialist Data Loading is placed within the Operations Steering and Transformation division. This global cross-LOB position plays a fundamental role in performing the proper loading of beneficiary data into our portfolio management system by using the IT-ecosystems in order to fulfill all requirements of our stakeholders (e.g. reporting, coverage check and fluent and most efficient claims/case handling).
The position requires a blend of technical expertise.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Handling the beneficiary data implementations on global cross-LOB-level which includes the following tasks:

1.1. Onboarding of BP
1.2. Acknowledging customer journey to identify all relevant data touchpoints
1.3. Alignment with business partners and internal stakeholders on datasets and upload-frequency and further details
1.4. Set up of SFTP connections with business partners

2. Handling the run business which includes the following tasks:

2.1. Trouble shooting (in case of issues)
2.1.1. Organizing, prioritizing, multi-tasking requests
2.1.2. Recognizing and solving issues asap
2.1.3. Analyzing & sharing outcomes
2.1.4. Escalating to management, when needed
2.2. Management (correction, upload) and maintenance of data/files received
2.3. Enhancements

3. Utilize Agile methodologies to manage workflows and project delivery

4. Maintain close, intensive contact with business partners and internal stakeholders for new implementations to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives

5. Ensure alignment with operations, contract implementation team, claims, underwriting, and the digital team responsible for digital solutions such as conversational implementations

6. Process Optimization: Oversee the design and optimization of data loading processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

6.1. Strong knowledge of efficient data triage
6.2. Holistic picture of all impacted processes and data touchpoints for all LoBs
6.3. Knowledge of GDPR and data laws (e.g. time periods of keeping data)

7. Customer Journey: Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, experience and Usability by delivering accurately configured data and addressing configuration-related issues promptly and effectively

7.1. VoC/PCS: Highly relevant to support rating-target
7.2. Customer Centricity: Ability to put oneself in the shoes of the customer

8. Ensure the integrity, accuracy and security of data throughout the systems in place for beneficiaries

9. Stay updated
9.1. with the latest trends and best practices for data loading applications
9.2. with upcoming new structures/processes in business with impact on data (and the need to adapt)
10. Log and monitor all web activities by using appropriate applications to ensure transparency and traceability

11. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure quality and functionality

12. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance Data Loading Processes

13. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and system performance

14. Collaborate with IT, data governance and other relevant departments to ensure support and alignment

15. Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use

REQUIREMENTS

Language & Communication

• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken), enabling effective communication with international business partners and internal stakeholders

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in data loading, data management, or a comparable role within an operational or IT-adjacent environment

Technical Skills

• Proficient in SQL for data querying, validation, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of data loading processes, data triage, and data quality assurance
• Familiarity with portfolio management systems and IT ecosystems used for beneficiary data processing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize, prioritize, and resolve issues independently
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Claims, Underwriting, Digital)
