We are looking for a Account Director to join our team in Bucharest/ Sliema/ Copenhagen!

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Director for the DACH region with deep expertise in the German-speaking market. As Account Director, you will own the end-to-end EveryMatrix ↔ Client relationship for a portfolio of allocated accounts with focus on Tier 1. You are the single point of senior commercial accountability — bridging executive client engagement, regional market intelligence, cross-functional product collaboration, and revenue growth. The Account Director operates at the intersection of strategy and commercial execution: co-creating multi-year growth plans, translating client needs into product roadmaps, and teaming with Managed Services to pitch and deliver high-impact solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Own the senior client relationship across your Tier 1 portfolio, acting as the primary commercial point of contact.

• Lead executive-level engagement: negotiate, influence, and align at C-suite level with clients.

• Own and contribute to annual target forecasting, ensuring effective execution against agreed yearly commercial objectives.

• Identify growth and efficiency opportunities and engage the right internal resources to capture them.

• Serve as EveryMatrix's regional expert: country-level insights, regulatory landscape, competitive trends, and future market shifts.

• Understand the interdependencies between EveryMatrix's product verticals to propose integrated solutions.

• Maintain regular two-way communication with Business Unit CPOs to align commercial priorities with product planning.

• Co-create optimal customer growth plans jointly with Managed Services.

• Align pricing and jointly pitch commercial proposals to clients.

• Oversee deployment and delivery of Managed Services and consulting solutions within your accounts.

• Set directions and priorities for Account Managers within your regional pod.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to grow team capability.

• Report to the Head of Accounts (line manager), collaborating closely with both the Head of Accounts and CCO on strategy, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.

• Deliver reports to management in line with the agreed cadence.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of experience in account management, commercial, or client-facing roles, with at least 3 years at Director / Senior Manager level.

• Strong background in the iGaming, SaaS, or B2B technology sector preferred.

• Demonstrated success managing multi-million-euro client portfolios with full commercial accountability.

• Experience working in DACH region with focus on German market is a must have

• Fluency in English and German required; other language skills are a plus.

• Willingness to travel regularly within the region and to EveryMatrix offices.
