About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join a dynamic customer service team in this role you will interact with customers through phone email and live chat provide effective solutions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and live chat
- Provide professional and solution-oriented customer support
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex cases when needed
- Identify and take advantage of cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Requirements
- C1C2 level of German both written and spoken
- B2 level of English for internal communication
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Good computer literacy and MS Office knowledge
- Customer service experience or experience handling customer interactions
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
- Proactive patient empathetic and solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable with cross-selling/upselling
- Willingness to work 3 days on-site in Bucharest
- Full-time availability
